When you book your personal shopping appointment, one of our stylists will first provide a style consultation over the phone to understand what your are looking to achieve and if there are any particluar brands/stores/areas you would like to visit. They will also have a quick chat about your body type and size. Once an appointment is booked our personal shoppers will scout out the shops before hand to make sure no time is wasted.

If you do need an extra (often happens when your having so much fun! ) then don't worry you can simply book additional hours on the day.
